1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hat646 ("hat646," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the hat646 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at https://hat646.com (the "Platform").

hat646 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of hat646 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. hat646 may merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
• Keep your hat646 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify hat646 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

hat646 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with the above.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hat646 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). hat646 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits are credited to your hat646 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method and are outside hat646's direct control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• hat646 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be adjusted from time to time at our sole discretion.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and AML checks. hat646 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• hat646 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• hat646 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Any funds deposited into your hat646 account that are not associated with gambling activity may be returned to the originating payment method at hat646's discretion, less any applicable processing fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hat646 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• hat646 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hat646 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Upon termination of your account for cause, hat646 may forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law and regulation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your hat646 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance checks.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
